Qualificações

• Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years in operations, maintenance or technical management of energy or industrial assets.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing O&M activities in power generation assets.
• Knowledge of wind and solar technologies, O&M strategy and asset performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese and Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the O&M team in Portugal and set objectives.
• Monitor asset performance and identify deviations and improvements.
• Define and monitor O&M strategies, policies, and standards.
• Support integration of new wind, solar and hybrid assets.
• Ensure H&S, environmental compliance and regulatory alignment.
