Want More in Funchal is seeking a Locksmith Technician to install, repair and maintain a variety of locks for clients across Madeira. You will assist with key cutting and rekeying, provide emergency lockout support, and document work performed.

As a Locksmith Technician you will be responsible for providing locksmith services to our clients in Funchal Your primary duties will include installing repairing and maintaining various types of locks as well as assisting with key cutting and rekeying services You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Install repair and maintain a variety of locks including traditional electronic and high-security locks
• Assist with key cutting and rekeying services
• Provide emergency lockout assistance to clients when needed
• Troubleshoot issues with locks and provide effective solutions
• Keep accurate records of work performed and products used
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a locksmith is preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to locksmith services

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday However there may be occasions where you will be required to work evenings or weekends depending on client needs You will need to have your own transportation as the job may require traveling between different locations in Funchal We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month
