King’s College School, Cascais, part of Inspired Education Group, is offering a Teaching Assistant position within its international programme. You will assist with multilingual learning materials, support lessons, supervise breaks, and help create an inclusive classroom culture.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Education or related field, strong English, some Portuguese, and experience in international environments; safeguarding checks are mandatory.

Qualificações

• Degree in Education, Languages, Psychology or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the teacher in preparing multilingual learning materials and classroom displays.
• Support lesson implementation by keeping students engaged and motivated.
• Deliver targeted academic support to individual pupils or small groups.
• Supervise students safely during breaks, lunch, and excursions.
• Promote an inclusive classroom culture and monitor student well-being.
• Handle daily classroom administrative tasks and progress tracking.
