PandaDoc is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own our mobile product and the shared design foundations that create a single coherent experience across surfaces.

You will lead the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch, and also own the design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns to scale PandaDoc as AI changes how products are built. This role is fully remote across Europe.

Qualificações

• Shipped a mobile product with measurable business impact.
• Principal scope: leads large, ambiguous problems.
• Exposure to platform or shared-systems work.
• Minimum 7 years in SaaS product management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI to build workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch.
• Own the design system and shared frontend foundations.
• Align mobile with shared foundations across surfaces.
• Define evolution of foundations for humans and AI tools.
• Set governance for prototyping and shipping on shared infra.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design trade-offs.
