Capgemini, a global leader in technology transformation, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its Porto Tech Hub. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and contribute to PoCs and scalable AI initiatives in an agile setting.

Based in Porto, you will work within Capgemini Portugal's hybrid policy, contributing to innovative, technology-led solutions that transform how businesses move while supporting a more sustainable future.

Qualificações

• Experience in Machine Learning and AI solution development.
• Good knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Eagerness to learn and explore emerging AI technologies.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions from experimentation to production.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models with business impact.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to define and implement AI solutions.
• Support the development of PoCs and innovative AI use cases; apply MLOps and DevOps practices.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the adoption of new AI technologies across the organization.
• Work in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
