Work corp in Faro is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator on a contract basis. You will read blueprints, measure and mark dimensions, cut and shape metal, weld components, and inspect finished products for quality.

The role requires experience with metalworking tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are available for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role.
• Proficiency in working with various metalworking tools such as saws, grinders, drills, etc.
• Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical dexterity and strength for handling heavy materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and mark dimensions on metal parts using measuring tools.
• Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various hand and power tools.
• Weld or solder components together to assemble fabricated products.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
