NextPartners in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Merchandiser Assistant to support the merchandising strategy. You will work closely with the Merchandiser to ensure products are well represented, displayed, and tracked for sales and inventory.

This full-time role is ideal for a motivated individual pursuing practical merchandising experience in retail, with emphasis on organization, communication, and collaboration with suppliers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; business or retail management coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Merchandiser to ensure timely delivery and proper product display.
• Track sales performance and inventory, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate visual merchandising across product categories.
• Support administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and budgeting.
