Bosch Portugal is seeking a Sales Manager and Project Manager hybrid professional to drive new business in Portugal and coordinate BMG machine projects from Braga. You will lead customer engagement, provide technical coaching, and ensure project success while collaborating with the BMG Spain team.

The role combines business development, project management, and hands-on mechanical design support, with opportunities for growth and international collaboration across Bosch teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with production lines, automation and assembly environments.
• Strong mechanical design skills and experience.
• Proficient use of IT tools (SAP, MS Office).
• Willingness to travel (Portugal and Spain).
• High motivation to take on responsibility and ambitious challenges.
• Strong empathy and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player with a cooperative mindset.
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Mechanical design: 3D, tolerance-chain calculation, drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Acquisition of new clients and development of new business projects.
• Proactive identification of customer needs and new business opportunities.
• Main location in Braga and customer visits within Portugal.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Project management of assembly lines and machines.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure efficiency.
• Support Braga team with technical opinions and sketches.
