IT House is seeking an M365 Engineer in Porto to operate and expand enterprise storage, with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and intranet customization. You will design permission structures, migrate file shares, and extend on-premises storage into cloud solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of M365 governance, Viva Connections and Viva Engage, plus strong English. Hybrid work model available in Porto.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience with M365 SharePoint Online and file share migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Functions and Power Automate.
• Experience customizing SharePoint sites and Viva products.
• Knowledge of M365 governance and compliance tooling.
• Cloud storage management knowledge (Azure Files/Data Lake).
• English proficiency.

IT House is looking for an M365 Engineer for a direct placement with an end client in the Transport & Logistics sector, located in Porto.

Main Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain legacy file storage systems in a large enterprise environment;

- Design and analyze permission structures and data organization within the central file store;

- Support the expansion of on-premises file storage into cloud-based solutions ( Azure, AWS);

- Maintain, monitor and support SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business at enterprise scale;

- Customize SharePoint Online sites ( Intranet) using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Web Parts and SPFx;

- Design and implement storage tiering strategies for cost optimization, and manage backup solutions for M365;

- Translate business requirements into SharePoint Online implementations.

Requirements

- Solid knowledge of legacy file systems (SMB/CIFS, Microsoft DFS);

- Several years of professional experience with M365 SharePoint Online, including implementation and file share migration;

- Strong knowledge of Azure Functions and Power Automate (architecture, design and implementation);

- Strong expertise in customizing SharePoint sites, as well as Viva Connections and Viva Engage;

- Proven experience with M365 Governance (SharePoint Online, labeling, compliance tools);

- Solid knowledge of cloud storage management ( Azure File Store, Azure Data Lake Store);

- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools ( Terraform) is a plus;

- Good knowledge of English.
