Del Monte Corporation em Lisboa procura um(a) Assistente de Logística para integrar a equipa de logística, com contrato permanente. O candidato apoiará a equipa na gestão de documentos de importação e transporte na Ibéria.

Deverá ter pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em Logística/ Alfândega, experiência no setor é valorizada, e proficiência em Office365. Fluência em inglês é obrigatória; espanhol é um plus. Oferecemos um ambiente de trabalho estável e oportunidades de desenvolvimento.

Qualificações

• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Logística/Alfândega.
• Experiência no setor é valorizada.
• Proficiência em Computadores e Office365.
• Inglês fluente (escrito e falado).
• Espanhol é um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer apoio à equipa de logística.
• Supervisionar e assegurar conformidade administrativa de documentos de importação e transporte na Ibéria.
• Acompanhar chegadas aos portos e despachos aduaneiros.
• Implementar abordagem para melhorar eficiência e reduzir custos nos portos designados.
• Gerar e submeter relatórios periódicos (SII, Intrastat, declarações de plásticos) à AEAT.
• Gestão de compras de escritório.
