We are seeking for an experienced LLM / GenAI Engineer to jpin our Data Analytics Team at Mercer.You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon.
This role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Generative AI solutions using Databricks Genie, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks. It involves building scalable AI architectures, RAG pipelines, APIs, and intelligent workflows, while optimizing and deploying production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, AI orchestration, and enterprise AI deployment.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
