VivaVibe Productions in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Waiter on a contract basis to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accuracy and courteous service. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU nationals. The role requires teamwork, basic math for payments, and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience as a waiter or similar in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• English fluency; other languages a plus.
• Eligible to work in Lisbon; visa sponsorship for non-EU nationals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Describe menu items accurately and upsell where appropriate.
• Address questions or concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and set up tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for guests and staff.
