• Proven experience with KOFAX TotalAgility (KTA) and KOFAX Insight.
• Strong expertise in .NET development and application maintenance.
• Solid understanding of SQL scripting.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong sense of proactivity and rigor in daily operations.
• High focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the operational health of Digital Publishing applications.
• Validate the proper functioning of the ADOC application.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and user support requests.
• Collaborate with IT support teams for incident reporting.
• Perform maintenance on the ADOC document workflow.
• Design enhancements to improve workflow automation.
• Manage and report product bugs to the KOFAX vendor.
• Produce daily operational reports for business stakeholders.
