Metyis is growing and seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Digital Commerce team at the Digital Campus in Porto. 0-3 years of experience in project management or related roles is ideal, with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT.

Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in a dynamic, global environment. You will support strategic initiatives, engage with clients, and work with IT and vendors to implement system changes.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years in project management or related roles in operations or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field as stated.
• Strong communication and visualization abilities for client teams.
• Collaborative team player with support for senior PMs.
• Willingness to learn and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of strategic initiatives in client digital transformation programs.
• Assist in process changes and system integration under supervision.
• Apply project management tools and methodologies across projects.
• Act as liaison among business areas, IT, and vendors for requirements.
• Contribute to engagement and change activities with global partners.
• Identify and manage project risks to meet timelines and goals.

What you will do

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives within our client’s digital transformation program TWIN and other business operations projects, contributing to the development of a tech-driven value chain.
• Collaborate on process changes and system implementation & integration under the guidance of experienced project managers.
• Apply and expand relevant project management tools and methods
• Act as a supporting interface between various business areas, internal IT, and external software vendors to help implement system-specific requirements.
• Participate in engagement and change activities to support initiative success both internally and with our supply chain partners globally.
• Assist in identifying and managing project-related risks to ensure adherence to timelines and business objectives.

What you will bring

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably within business operations or supply chain contexts.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and visualization skills with the ability to engage effectively with the client's team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior project managers.
• Eager to learn and develop problem-solving skills in fast-paced and complex environments.
• Basic understanding of business processes in the fashion or consumer goods industry, particularly in operations and supply chain management, is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
