VML South Africa is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a digital transformation platform for a global client. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of project management experience and excellent communication skills.

This role offers a hybrid work model, competitive compensation of 1,500€–2,000€ gross monthly, and a collaborative environment. You will be involved in project tracking, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring timely delivery.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the implementation of a new digital transformation platform for a renowned global client.

Responsibilities

• Maintain focus on project timelines and milestones for successful solution implementation.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
• Understand in depth tool capabilities.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Support with reporting and project updates.
• Be the liaison point between stakeholders, internal and production teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management.
• Energy and proactivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Innovative problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in technology and tech-driven implementation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive on and navigate a complex dynamic environment.

Optional

• Ability to manage clients.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools (Adobe Workfront and AzureDev Ops are a plus).
