You will conduct research, support preservation plans, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on restoration projects. Visa assistance and travel opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Knowledge of preservation guidelines, codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other architectural software.

A reputable architecture firm in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Preservation Architect to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for preserving historical buildings and structures

As a Junior Preservation Architect you will work closely with our team of experienced architects to contribute to the preservation and restoration of various historical sites throughout the city

We welcome candidates who are eager to learn about preservation architecture

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and assessments on historical buildings and structures
• Assisting in the development of preservation plans and proposals
• Collaborating with other architects engineers and contractors on preservation projects
• Documenting and recording observations findings and progress on preservation projects
• Participating in site visits and inspections
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on preservation projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Strong understanding of architectural principles building materials and construction techniques
• Knowledge of preservation guidelines codes and regulations
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other architectural software
• Excellent research analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary The salary for this position is 1100$ per month
