Qualificações

• No prior painting experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic knowledge of color theory and painting techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior painters with preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying paint.
• Learn how to use brushes, rollers, and sprayers effectively.
• Follow safety protocols on job sites.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
