Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Junior Credit Risk Analyst to support the Financial Institutions Credit Risk team. The role focuses on counterparty assessment for banks, insurance companies, and broker/dealers in EMEA, producing written risk opinions and internal ratings while collaborating with the business and risk functions.

The ideal candidate will have a Finance-related degree, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, independent work style in a hybrid work

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Must be fluent in English (written and oral).
• French fluency is beneficial but not essential.
• Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare counterparty risk assessments for banks, brokers/dealers, and insurance companies in the FI Credit Risk team.
• Draft risk opinions and ratings, supporting the Credit Committee where needed.
• Explain risks and positives concisely and clearly to business partners.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting counterparties.
