Universal Kraft Group is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team in Porto. You will register supplier invoices, support accounts payable and receivable, and assist with reconciliations in a fast-growing international group.

You will use ERP software and MS Excel, maintain records for month-end close, prepare basic financial reports, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers, developing your career in the renewable energy sector.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably involving invoice processing and accounting records.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Spanish will be highly valued.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Register, review, and process supplier invoices and other accounting documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger entries and expense reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and accounting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and liaise with internal teams and suppliers when necessary.
• Ensure financial documentation is properly organised, recorded, and filed.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal accounting and financial processes.
