Doxis Software Solutions Middle East Ltd. Porto-based team is hiring a Java & Groovy Developer to support, maintain, and improve existing business applications. You’ll analyze issues, understand codebases, and help users and internal teams keep systems running reliably.

You’ll provide technical support for Java and Groovy apps, troubleshoot incidents, fix bugs, and implement small to medium enhancements. Collaboration with users and stakeholders is key to clarifying requirements and delivering

Qualificações

• Hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience with Groovy or willingness to work with Groovy-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain and improve existing software.
• Experience in application support, software maintenance, or second-level technical support.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, and backend systems.
• Experience investigating logs, reproducing issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• A structured, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
