CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Italian-speaking Tech Customer Advisor to join our on-site team. This full-time role offers a base salary of €1,249 per month and includes paid training; shift patterns run Monday through Saturday with rotating 07:00–19:00.

Ideal candidates are native Italian speakers or at least C2 level with good English, and a strong interest in technology and customer support; EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian required, C2 preferred.
• Good command of English and basic tech aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support to Italian-speaking customers.
• Assist customers during rotating on-site shifts.
