Jobsonboard in Porto is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to join an international team supporting a fast-paced digital platform. You will review content, ensure compliance, and help maintain a safe user experience.

Relocation and multicultural environment offered; candidates must be fluent Italian and English, and able to work onsite in Porto. The role provides onboarding and paid training, with long-term career opportunities.

Qualificações

• Italian language skills at C1 level or higher.
• English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer support, digital operations, or similar roles.
• EU citizenship and active passport mandatory.
• Ability to work onsite in Porto.
• At least 6 months of professional experience is mandatory for all applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies
• Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take correct actions
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity targets
• Support user safety and platform standards
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
• Work in a dynamic rotational schedule environment
