First Digital is seeking an experienced IT Risk Specialist to safeguard our fintech platform. You will develop risk strategies, assess information security, privacy, and infrastructure risks, and drive regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, leading incident response, and staying ahead of evolving threats in the digital asset space. A CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC or equivalent degree is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT risk management experience in the financial sector.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and associated risks.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, AML/KYC is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement IT risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify IT risks related to information security, data privacy, tech infrastructure and operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to address threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote risk awareness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor IT security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and plan remediation.
• Stay updated on industry threats and regulatory changes to strengthen risk framework.
• Oversee security measures, encryption, access controls and disaster recovery plans.
• Establish incident response protocols and coordinate with external agencies if needed.
• Conduct periodic audits of IT systems to ensure compliance.
• Provide risk assessment reports and recommendations to senior management.
