Airbus is seeking a motivated IT Business Analyst to join our GBS office in Lisbon. You will provide operational IT support for systems and applications in run mode, ensuring a smooth end-user experience and continuously improving IT processes.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset to reduce manual work and improve efficiency across IT infrastructure and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in hybrid IT/Software roles (IT Product Engineering, SRE, DevOps or automated Systems Engineering).
• Fluent English and strong problem-solving skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business processes, requirements and stakeholder challenges.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, applications and infrastructure for high availability and performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams and end-users.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates, backups, and security checks.
• Design, develop and maintain internal APIs and data interfaces to integrate systems.
• Document incidents and solutions to build a robust knowledge base.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field

2-3 years in hybrid IT/Software roles
