Affinity is a Portuguese technology consulting company with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Óbidos, and operations across 20+ countries. We are looking for an IT & Compliance professional to implement and manage Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls, leverage Purview and DLP, and support data governance initiatives globally.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills and collaboration with Legal and IT teams.

Qualificações

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Compliance, DLP and data protection controls.
• Understanding of IT compliance, security controls and governance processes.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / IT support and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Implement technical IT controls to enforce Compliance and Legal policies.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Purview, DLP and M365 security/compliance tools.
• Support data governance, information protection and security initiatives.
• Identify compliance and security gaps and implement improvements.
• Provide Microsoft 365 and general IT support across teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance/Legal and global IT teams; maintain technical documentation.
