Vodafone Lisboa is seeking an IP Network Operations Engineer to maintain and optimize the company's IP network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform changes and migrations, and drive improvements for high availability and security.

The role requires hands-on experience with BGP/OSPF, MPLS, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, and Cisco environments; English and Portuguese fluency is expected. A hybrid work model applies with office days per month and strong emphasis on automation.

Qualificações

• Strong IP networking fundamentals across TCP/IP, routing, switching, and IP transport.
• Experience configuring Cisco environments (ACI, ASA, ISE) and security gateways.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex network issues in large-scale setups.
• Automation or scripting experience is a plus; proficient in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support Vodafone's IP network infrastructure to ensure availability.
• Troubleshoot incidents within SLAs and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute network changes, upgrades, and migrations with risk assessment.
• Drive continuous service improvement and document procedures.
• Support automation initiatives and maintain network documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across LAN, WAN, DC, and IP transport domains.
