FreshStart UAE in Braga is seeking an Instrument Technician to install, maintain and repair a variety of instruments and control systems in industrial or laboratory settings. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and accommodation will be provided.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong technical skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. Flexibility for overtime and good communication are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with different types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermocouples, flow meters, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime when required.

Responsabilidades

• Install, calibrate, test and maintain various instruments used in the production process or laboratory experiments.
• Troubleshoot issues with instruments and control systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety procedures while handling sensitive equipment and chemicals.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any malfunctions or potential problems to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and optimize instrument performance.
• Stay updated on new technologies, tools and techniques related to instrumentation.
