Start Campus is seeking an Information Security Specialist in Lisbon to join the Security team as an entry point to the department. The role focuses on day-to-day audit evidence, compliance tracking and remediation follow-up that powers our certification programme.

You will work with senior security leadership, auditors and vendors to keep ISO 27001 and SOC 2 cycles on track, with exposure to GDPR, NIS2, and upcoming ISO 22301 activities as we scale our programme.

Qualificações

• Degree (or equivalent) in Information Security, IT, Law, Risk Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in information security, compliance or audit support.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with audit evidence coordination and control follow-up.
• Maintain compliance trackers: policies, risks, remediation actions.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2 and, from 2027, ISO 22301 audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors and vendors.
• Track deadlines and remediation items to closure.
