FreshStart UAE in Funchal seeks an Information Security Analyst to safeguard data and information systems. You will perform security audits, monitor networks, and implement security policies while collaborating with IT and management.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years of information security experience, with knowledge of ISO/NIST/CIS controls and hands-on Nessus or Qualys experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in information security or related role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST or CIS Controls.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security breaches.
• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures and standards.
• Identify vulnerabilities in systems and recommend solutions.
• Respond to security incidents and provide support for resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats.
