Responsibilities include site visits, coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring codes compliance, managing budgets, and guiding projects from conception to completion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial design.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits and develop design concepts and architectural plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from conception to completion.
