Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct site visits and assess existing structures for renovation or expansion projects.
• Create detailed drawings, plans and 3D models using design software.
• Present design concepts to clients for approval.
• Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Work closely with contractors, engineers and other professionals involved in the project.
• Stay updated on new industry trends, techniques and materials.
