Iaservices is seeking an Immigration Lawyer for our Porto office. The role involves organizing the full process for permanent residence, advising on Residence Permit for Investment, and managing cases from start to finish. You will meet with foreign clients and agents and liaise with government entities to ensure smooth proceedings.

Fluent English is mandatory, and you will collaborate with a multinational team in a dynamic, professional environment that values precision and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Law degree with bar registration.
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong communication and ability to work cooperatively with others.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable immigration laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and goals.

Responsabilidades

• Organize the entire legal process for granting permanent residence.
• Provide specialized legal advice on Residence Permit for Investment processes.
• Manage immigration cases from initial analysis to completion.
• Conduct meetings with foreign clients and agents.
• Contact with various government entities.
