Aubay Portugal seeks an IAM professional to define, coordinate, and govern end-to-end User Management and Authorization across multiple platforms. You will align IT, Business, Security, and Application teams to ensure secure, compliant workflows.

You will establish governance models for user lifecycle, drive automation, and support role and access concepts. Portuguese and English communication are valued, with occasional client-site work in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years proven experience in User Management, Authorization, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, roles, authorizations, access requests, and approval processes.
• Ability to translate business, security, and compliance requirements into clear processes and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Define, coordinate, and govern end-to-end User Management & Authorization processes across platforms.
• Act as central point of contact, ensuring IT, Business, Security, and Application teams alignment.
• Establish and maintain standards, roles, responsibilities, and governance models for user lifecycle and authorization processes.
• Identify, manage, and drive improvement and automation of IAM processes.
• Support the definition and alignment of roles, authorizations, and access concepts.
