Adecco Portugal is seeking a Securities Reconciliation Officer to join its Operations team in Porto. The role focuses on reconciliations of securities and cash, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring custodian-related invoices in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, 3–5 years in financial markets or reconciliations, and strong Excel/MS Office skills, with fluent English (B2) and French as a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in financial markets, securities operations, asset servicing, or reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of securities and cash reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Corporate Actions is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English (B2) required; French is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform securities and cash reconciliations between internal and external records.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and breaks.
• Monitor and control custodian invoices related to financial assets.
• Manage claims and ensure timely resolution of reconciliation items.
• Oversee securities positions and transactions with data accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
