Vestas Technology & Operation – Research & Development (R&D) Software Product Delivery and Security is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer. You will own the internal developer platform, evolve CI/CD strategies, and ensure security-friendly, reliable tooling across multiple product domains.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of practical experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering in production environments.
• Experience with cloud-native tooling (Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline design, IaC).
• Proven ability to operate and improve shared developer platforms in production.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• End-to-end ownership and accountability for problems.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve and build CI/CD strategy for development teams across the Turbine and Power Plant software domain.
• Own and evolve the internal developer platform, ensuring reliability and security standards.
• Contribute to the operational platform roadmap balancing reliability, developer experience, and evolution.
• Align and enable stakeholders across engineering teams on platform capabilities and direction.
• Ensure platform reliability and stability through monitoring, incident response, and post-incident improvement.
• Build automation to reduce toil and improve developer experience across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with application teams to help them ship faster and more confidently.
