Match Profiler is seeking a Senior/Intermediate Data Center Administrator to join our infrastructure team in Porto on a hybrid model (3 days on-site per week). You will contribute to the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of critical data center environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HPE ProLiant servers, NetApp ONTAP storage and VMware virtualization, and a solid understanding of backup, disaster recovery and data center operations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Data Center / Infrastructure Administration.
• Hands-on experience with HPE ProLiant servers.
• Knowledge of HPE iLO; experience with HPE OneView is a plus.
• Practical experience with NetApp ONTAP.
• Knowledge of storage concepts such as LUNs and volumes, Snapshots, Replication, Deduplication and Compression.
• Good understanding of SAN / Fibre Channel and/or iSCSI.
• Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter; familiarity with vMotion, HA and DRS.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions, preferably Veeam.
• Understanding of Disaster Recovery and replication concepts.
• Good troubleshooting skills across compute, storage and virtualization environments.
• Ability to analyse infrastructure performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Good understanding of high availability and business continuity concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain HPE ProLiant server infrastructure.
• Perform server installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Manage HPE infrastructure through HPE iLO and HPE OneView.
• Support high-availability environments and server clusters.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Administer and support NetApp ONTAP storage environments.
• Perform basic storage provisioning, including LUNs and volumes.
• Manage and monitor NetApp Snapshots and replication.
• Support storage optimization features such as deduplication and compression.
• Support the integration between compute and storage environments.
• Work with SAN / Fibre Channel and/or iSCSI environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues involving servers, storage and network components.
• Administer and support VMware environments, including ESXi and vCenter.
• Support VMware clusters and features such as vMotion, HA and DRS.
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions, including environments based on Veeam and NetApp.
• Monitor replication and backup processes and assist with recovery procedures.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and infrastructure recovery tests.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting, with particular attention to CPU, memory, storage latency and network performance.
• Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Follow operational procedures and contribute to maintaining the availability of 24/7 critical environments.
