Capgemini is seeking a QA/test professional in Lisbon to support CPE testing, including routers, ONTs, and IPTV/VoIP services. You will execute test plans, document results, analyse issues, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires knowledge of networking fundamentals, experience with CPE devices, and English proficiency. This position offers hybrid work in Lisbon and opportunities for career growth within Capgemini's engineering teams.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, testing, or technical support roles.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, NAT, Wi‑Fi, VLANs.
• Experience with CPE devices (routers, access points, STBs).
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute test plans and document results for CPE devices (Routers, ONTs, STBs, Mesh).
• Perform functional, integration and regression tests; report defects.
• Validate firmware releases and new customer features.
• Configure and maintain lab environments for broadband, Wi‑Fi, IPTV and VoIP testing.
• Troubleshoot and perform root‑cause analysis using logs and network tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
