Ignite in Lisbon seeks a Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator to protect user safety and platform integrity. You will review Hebrew content, apply policies, and collaborate with a multicultural team right in Lisbon, with comprehensive relocation support for international candidates.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication in Hebrew and English, plus a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail. Training is provided from day one to build expertise in moderation and safety practices.

Qualificações

• Hebrew language full operational command (written and spoken).
• English level B2 or higher for internal comms and policy docs.
• Experience in moderation/trust and safety or related roles is a bonus but training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate Hebrew content to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify safety risks, flag harmful content, and escalate complex cases.
• Provide fast, accurate content evaluations to uphold platform safety.
• Apply safety guidelines and brand protection rules to maintain trust.
• Keep up to date with evolving policies and review tools.
