We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Heavy Equipment Operator in Braga. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1,200 per month and an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and physical fitness are essential. Responsibilities include operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders and cranes; moving materials on construction sites;

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in Braga.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Spatial awareness.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and control.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Physical stamina to sit or stand for long periods while operating heavy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders and cranes safely and efficiently.
• Move materials and equipment on construction sites, ensuring safe operation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions or damages.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and in all environments.
• Learn from experienced professionals and receive on-the-job training to develop skills.
