IQVIA is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst in Portugal to support clients in maximizing our data, solutions and services. You will coordinate deliverables, resolve client queries and assist with onboarding and adoption of IQVIA products, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high client satisfaction.

You will act as a trusted contact, drive service reviews, and help clients realize value from IQVIA data assets across Pharmacy, Parapharmacy, Hospitals and related platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in client service or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Customer-focused problem solving and proactive thinking expected.
• Ability to interpret data to answer client business questions.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
• Serve as the key contact for clients using IQVIA data, software and services.
• Ensure delivery of contractual deliverables and ad-hoc requests with quality.
• Coordinate client requests and issue resolution with internal teams.
• Support onboarding, training and adoption of IQVIA solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align on client priorities and opportunities.
• Conduct client service reviews to monitor satisfaction and value realization.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA data assets across Pharmacy, Parapharmacy and Hospitals.
