Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst for AI training. You will apply clinical data expertise to evaluate AI-generated health content, review outputs for EHR workflows, and provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of healthcare data and terminology.

The role is remote, freelance-oriented with flexible hours, offering opportunities to work with leading AI research teams and labs from anywhere. Prior AI experience is not required, making healthcare expertise the key asset.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to evaluate complex health information clearly and systematically.
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and data quality.
• Review AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data pipelines.
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated health informatics content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback using clear evaluation frameworks.
• Help train AI models to better understand healthcare data, terminology, and operational contexts.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
