INFUSE Academy is seeking a graphic designer focused on data visualization to translate complex concepts into clear visuals. You will craft static graphics, infographics, and course assets that convey meaning at a glance and support learning objectives.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, leverage tools like Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop, and explore AI-assisted workflows to push creative boundaries while maintaining high-quality output.

Qualificações

• Strong graphic design fundamentals and taste for typography, color, and composition.
• Experience turning complex data into clear visual visuals (infographics, charts).
• Ability to tell a story with visuals and drive engagement.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines.

What you will bring:

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory
• Experience with data visualization: charts, infographics, diagrams that inform rather than decorate
• A visual storytelling instinct: you find the narrative in the numbers
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools -- you follow what is happening, you experiment, and you actively look for ways to co-create with AI rather than just use it
• Attention to detail and the self-organization to manage multiple projects
