1GLOBAL is seeking a Senior MVNO Manager to lead MVNO relationships, optimize commercial structures, and drive expansion across markets. You’ll manage key partnerships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver scalable connectivity solutions for global brands.

The role requires deep wholesale telecom experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced growth. Based in Lisbon or other major hubs, you’ll work with Revolut, Lidl, and other partners to extend 1GLOBAL’s

Qualificações

• Good experience in mobile wholesale (MVNO/MVNE and/or roaming).
• Strong understanding of the mobile sector and technology.
• Excellent commercial skills and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communicator; highly organised; forthright; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Working across the business to maximize existing MVNO businesses and pursue growth in key countries.
• Identify opportunities for MVNO access beyond the current base and drive cross‑functional implementation.
• Advise on country structures for MVNO operations to meet business goals.
• Own performance against contracts including SLAs, escalations, and change requests.
• Negotiate MVNO agreements/addendums and ensure timely deployment of VoLTE, 5G, and LPWAN.
