EY Portugal is seeking a Manager to lead Mobility Tax projects, delivering strategic tax planning for globally mobile employees, pre-assignment and post-assignment support.

You will engage with international clients, manage compliance and advisory work, review calculations, and mentor junior staff while working with cross-border teams.

The role emphasizes client relationship development, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in similar functions.
• Understanding of automated tax-processing systems, as well as tax laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English: Intermediate level and above.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft based packaged, eg Excel.

Responsabilidades

• With the Mobility Tax team, you'll join a talented group of professionals that provide individual tax planning, compliance services and advice on tax implications related to the mobility of employees and high net worth individuals as well as corporate and employment tax planning.
• You'll be engaged in complex compliance and advisory work; working with colleagues all over the globe, preparing tax returns, reviewing/signing off, writing correspondence, providing authoritative advice/guidance, and review tax cost estimates.
• Directly engaging our clients is vital, be ready to question and negotiate to provide results.
