Sibelco Portuguesa Lda in Rio Maior, Portugal, invites ambitious graduates to join its Global Graduate Programme as Optimization Engineer. You will work on CAPEX projects, drive improvements, and gain hands-on experience across operational and commercial roles.

The programme offers a permanent contract from day one, international exposure, and a fast-track path to leadership, with rotations across clusters and a focus on process innovation in mineral processing.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree with an interest in innovation, recycling, or environmental applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Interest in process optimisation and CAPEX project execution.
• Spanish language skills recommended but not mandatory.
• Driving licence required.
• Willingness to spend the second year in a different cluster for international/regional exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Managing CAPEX projects using internationally standardised methods and best practices.
• Overseeing the execution and final outcomes of operational projects at the cluster level.
• Driving process innovation in areas such as recycling and environmental applications.
• Supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality mineral processing facility improvements.
