Airbus Portugal SA seeks a Compliance professional focused on export controls. You will advise on licenses, end-use rules and reporting obligations, and support the global export control programme.

The role requires a master’s degree in law or international trade, 2+ years of export control experience, and strong integrity, leadership and writing skills. You will interact with business teams and regulatory bodies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in law or international trade (or equivalent).
• 2+ years advising on export control and/or sanctions matters.
• High integrity, discretion and trust.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities; able to multitask.
• Good writing skills; ability to write reports and memorandums.
• Strong relationship building, networking and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with export controls, licences, end-use and reporting obligations.
• Provide know-how and guidance on export control compliance to stakeholders.
• Liaise between business functions and export control teams when necessary.
• Monitor, assess, decide, control and document export control processes (classification, licensing, licence exceptions).
• Support the export control function and deployment of automation tools.
• Continuously improve internal processes in line with regulatory requirements.
