Adaptfy is a joint venture with SHV and Metyis focused on data governance for SHV Group companies. The role centers on turning governance concepts into daily practice, identifying gaps, and building reusable blocks across groups.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders, define ownership, and facilitate workshops while coordinating with architecture and privacy specialists. Hybrid model with international travel.

Qualificações

• Experience initiating data governance from scratch and securing sponsorship.
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders directly and building relationships.
• Ability to structure a broad mandate into a clear starting point.
• Strong communication translating data concepts into business value.
• 4–6 years in data governance, data management, or a related field.
• Basic SQL, BI, or data platform knowledge and GDPR awareness.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK or CDMP).
• Experience with Collibra, Informatica, Alation or Microsoft Purview.

Responsabilidades

• Identify priority stakeholders, pain points, and governance gaps.
• Define ownership, data owners, stewards, custodians, and decision forums.
• Facilitate workshops to align business and technical stakeholders.
• Turn successful practices into reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators.
• Coordinate with Adaptfy's architecture, privacy, and IT specialists to execute work.
