Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for detail-oriented, empathetic German speakers to join our diverse team as Content Moderators. You will help keep online spaces safe for millions of users by evaluating posts in German and English and enforcing community guidelines.

Qualificações

• German fluency at C1 level (native status not required).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Review content: assess user-generated media (text, photos, videos, and audio) in German and English for guideline compliance.
• Maintain platform integrity: identify and remove posts violating policies (hate speech, scams, misinformation, explicit images, copyright).
• Track & report trends: spot emerging online patterns and issues and escalate to team leads.
• Deliver consistent quality: make fast, unbiased moderation decisions while meeting metrics and accuracy targets.
• Stay informed: keep up-to-date with platform rules and local context.
