Fyld is hiring an AI Engineer (Generative AI) in Porto to design and build scalable AI solutions that transform businesses. You will work with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to create real impact across projects.

The role requires strong Python development, experience with AI orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and familiarity with vector databases, APIs, and cloud AI platforms. English fluency is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience developing Generative AI applications using Python
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama or similar
• Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and semantic search
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar
• Experience building AI Agents and intelligent conversational systems
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, ChromaDB or similar
• Experience integrating AI solutions into backend services and enterprise applications through APIs
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI or Amazon Bedrock
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, observability and responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is valued
• Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, image, audio or speech) is a plus
• Fluency in English
