PrimeIT in Porto is seeking an Expert Full Stack Developer (Java | Spring | Angular) to join the Account Processing team and support IT GBCR P-Treasury Solutions.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, designing scalable backend solutions and reusable API integrations, while maintaining frontend components with Angular. This hybrid role requires strong Java expertise and English fluency.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Maven, and Java EE/Jakarta EE.
• Experience with JMS and messaging queue (MQ) solutions.
• Solid experience with JBoss application server and JBoss migration projects.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Good understanding of Software Design Patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with Angular (version 14+) is a strong advantage.
• English proficiency mandatory; Portuguese and/or French are a plus.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and improve development workflows.

We're Hiring: Expert Full Stack Developer (Java | Spring | Angular)

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and APIs within the Account Processing team, supporting IT GBCR P-Treasury Solutions.

• Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular (version 14+ is a plus).
• Write and execute unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in code reviews, promoting development best practices and high-quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and continuously improve development workflows.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 9+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Maven, and Java EE/Jakarta EE.
• Experience with JMS and messaging queue (MQ) solutions.
• Solid experience with JBoss application server and JBoss migration projects.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Good understanding of Software Design Patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools and practices.
• Experience with Angular (version 14+) is considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory). Portuguese and/or French are a plus.
